Written proposals should be submitted to The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport, Attn: Executive Director & CEO, 2510 14th St, Ste 1450, Gulfport, MS 39501, no later than June 4, 2024, at 3:00 P.M., CST. You may also submit your proposal electronically at www.centralauctionhouse.com or www.shipmspaprojects.com. Timely submission of the proposal is the responsibility of the Contractor. Any proposal submitted after the date and time as noted will not be considered by the MSPA.
