The commercial seaport of the Port of Gulfport operated and administered by the Mississippi State Port Authority, an enterprise agency of the State of Mississippi, operating under Section 59-5-1 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, is seeking proposals for administering the Mississippi State Port Authority's (MSPA) Facility Security Plan under the Federal Register 33 CFR, Department of Homeland Security.

Written proposals should be submitted to The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport, Attn: Executive Director & CEO, 2510 14th st, Ste 1450, Gulfport, MS 39501, no later than May 9, 2025, at 3:00 P.M., CST. You may also submit your proposal electronically at www.centralauctionhouse.com or www.shipmspaproiects.com. Timely submission of the proposal is the responsibility of the Consultant. Any proposal submitted after the date and time noted will not be considered by the MSPA.
